Your jewelry will be shipped within 5-7days from the time of purchase. 

Unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, regulatory clearances, etc., your order should usually reach you with 4-5 working days for Metros and Major cities in India. Other cities/areas may take a while longer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if an incorrect item we shipped. 

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and inform us within 24hrs of receipt of order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
