Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and inform us within 24hrs of receipt of order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Please email us at teamofada@gmail.com with a photograph and video of the product and the package. A 360 video while opening the parcel is must for any damage return requests. Once we authorize the return, we will inform you about the most convenient return method.
